This month's speaker is Ms. Liz Coffey, PMP speaking on the topic "Project Manager Overview: Your Role in Project Success and Failure".  Ms. Coffey will provide valuable insight into the nature of project management from the perspective of the Healthcare industry.

BIO:  Liz is a demonstrated leader in managing large-scale programs and projects in healthcare. She is passionate about project management and enjoys coaching and engaging others in project management activities and in achieving their PMP certification. Liz has delivered successful outcomes in multiple initiatives managing projects flawlessly while contributing to business-development and revenue-producing activities. Liz achieved her PMP certification in 2006 and currently manages over 50 healthcare consultants many of whom boast PMP certification. She continues to champion a Center for Project Management Excellence within her organization. Liz has presented in regional and national forums, including a speaking engagements at HIMSS 2013 and 2014 highlighting Critical Success Factors in Project Management Planning. Liz is a retired USAR Major and an Operation Iraqi Freedom Veteran. She and her husband, Denis, enjoy the Florida panhandle and their four rescue dogs.
