Topic Title: Team Member Engagement

Mr. Balmer is the Area Manager for Emerald Coast Dale Carnegie Training. He is dedicated to developing action plans for a wide range of individuals and organizations committed to growth. 

David is a graduate of Westminster College, Pennsylvania and is certified to teach in every major Dale Carnegie Course. He and his family reside in Panama City Beach, FL. David considers it a privilege to serve the business community in Northwest Florida. He has been involved in the broadcast industry for over 30 years, working for companies such as Meredith, Taft, CBS, E.W. Scripps, Sinclair and Gray. He has held major sales and management positions. 

David has been a Dale Carnegie Instructor for 20 years, working with classes representing companies such as Bay Bank, U.S. Navy, GTE, Kash N’ Karry, Publix, Jabil Circuits, Rooms To Go, Transitions Optical, and Checkers, just to mention a few. In 1990, 1994 and 2002 he was named Instructor of the Year in Tampa and has received recognition for his dedication to quality.
