Guest Speaker: Mr. Rick Mitchell

Mr. Rick Mitchell serves as the Associate Pastor of Administration at St. Andrew Baptist Church. He has served in that capacity since December 2007. Rick is married to Christie Brunet Mitchell and they have three children and two grandchildren and they are happy to announce that number three is on the way! Rick did not follow the typical path to become the Associate Pastor at SABC. Rick earned his degree from the University of Central Arkansas in Marketing and spent the next 27 years in management and sales working as a Branch Manager for ABF Freight System, Inc; Area Manager for Wells Fargo Armored Car Service and Regional Sales for Suttle Equipment. Rick excelled in his professions and earned several awards. Rick was named Large Branch Manager of the Year while working at Wells Fargo Armored Car Service and was commended for being the first Branch Manager at ABF to receive a virtually perfect audit while manager of the Lafayette, Louisiana facility. Rick's experiences as a lay-leader coupled with his successful ability to manage people, projects and financials provided the opportunity to interview for the position of Administrator at SABC. His involvement on the building teams at SABC provides the basis for the presentation, "It All Centers Around Hope" - A project Review.
