Bio:

Master Sergeant Nicholas C. Kehoe, PMP is Commandant of the Tyndall Airman Leadership School, Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida. He supervises and provides leadership, guidance and mentorship to a faculty of four instructors and 280 students annually. MSgt Kehoe is responsible for executing and managing program guidance from the Thomas N. Barnes Center for Enlisted Development to train and grow first line supervisors who understand, value, and embrace their role in projecting unrivaled combat air power. MSgt Kehoe will be discussing best leadership practices while leading teams to project success. His goal is to share the methodologies used including valuable inside tips that have been successful for him and his team. Regardless of your industry, much of what will be discussed will translate to mutual leadership and team building strategies for project success, the ultimate result.

MSgt Kehoe has been stationed at eight distinctive AFB installations to include five overseas tours. In 2015 he was selected for a special duty and assigned as the Commandant of Tyndall Airman Leadership School. He managed six sections charged with the security of $5.2 billion in protection level resources. Sergeant Kehoe also oversaw the base Integrated Defense Risk Management Process and was responsible for developing defense and antiterrorism risk mitigation options for the Commander, 325th Fighter Wing.
