Mr. Dustin Hughes of Mission Services Co, is a lead analyst for software development
contract(s). He has spent the last 15 years working in Information Technology doing either
Project Management or Systems Analysis working DoD Enterprise Software Solutions.
Dustin has a MBA from the University of West Florida and is a PMP certified manager. He
currently sits on the board of the PMI Emerald Coast Florida – Panama City Branch as the
Director of Professional Development.
Dustin will be covering the processes in organizations requirements capture procedures for
large-scale projects. His goal is to share the methodologies used including valuable inside
tips that have been successful for him and his team. He will also speak to the matters that
have not worked out so well (lessons learned). Quote, “Regardless of your industry, much
