Mr. Mitchell is design project manager in the Florida Transportation Division
for the HNTB Corporation, a general consultant for the FDOT in District III.
He has more than 20 years of professional experience in the field of engineering and construction management . He is from the Bay County area, attended
Gulf Coast Community College and graduate of Florida State University in Civil Engineering.
Mr. Mitchell has managed design of several major projects in the area to include the Thomas Drive over pass project, the widening of SR 79 and the project we will be hearing about on September 24th, 
the major interchange project at US 98 and 23rd Street.
