Mr. Bob Hess, PMP (Branch Founding Member and Steering Committee Operations Chair) has over 25 years of experience in project planning, project management and project/operations scheduling with large manufacturing facilities. The majority of that time has been in the energy sector and more specifically oil and gas related industry. Bob's extensive training history includes Fundamentals of Successful Project Management, Managing Multiple Projects, Dynamic Scheduling with Microsoft Project, and Project for Project Managers. Bob was an instrumental player in working to develop the "Uniform Project Management" (or UPM as it came to be known) Procedure that was utilized internationally within manufacturing divisions of Oceaneering International. Bob is currently working at Engility Corporation in a project manager role offering project management support to programs at the Naval Warfare Center in Panama City, Florida. Bob has been a member of PMI since 2009 and is PMP certified. He served on the Board of the Panama City Branch from 2010 - 2014 and was the Branch Director in 2014.
